2024 has been a very interesting and exciting year for smartphones. Now that we’re nearing the end of the year, year-end launches tend to slow down. But an important event is about to happen. Qualcomm is going to hold an event and launch a new chipset. MediaTek, on the other hand, is set to launch the Dimensity 9400, followed by the 8th Gen 4. After that, flagship-level phones will be released.
Usually, these launches happen in November-December, but this year, they are expected in October-November. So, there are some very exciting launches ahead.
However, some launches will happen in China first, followed by other countries. I’m going to tell you about these and what phones you can expect in the next 1-1.5 months.
Table of Contents
Upcoming Smartphones Under $750
1: Samsung Galaxy S24 FE
Samsung is about to launch a flagship-level phone. However, I wouldn’t call it a flagship; I’d refer to it as a premium mid-range device because it is a very popular fan version. I am talking about the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE. This will be announced at their Unpacked launch event on September 26. After that, it might launch in India in October.
While the Galaxy S24 FE has not been released yet, the Galaxy Tab S10 series is also set to launch alongside it. The S24 FE will feature an underclocked Exynos 2400 processor, a 55MP triple camera setup, 8GB of RAM, a 4500mAh battery, and 25W charging. So yes, we can expect to see the S24 FE soon.
The Samsung Galaxy S24 FE has an official price:
- 8GB RAM + 128GB: $649
- The upgraded version with 256GB of storage is priced at $709.

Two more exciting phones are coming. The OnePlus 13 is set to be launched in China in the last week of October. It will feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset, a 55MP triple camera setup, and 100W charging.
In 2025, smartphones will standardize battery capacities between 5500-6000mAh. While the form factor won’t increase, the battery capacity will. This is a promising trend to follow in 2025.
The OnePlus 13 is indeed launching in the last week of October.
The expected price for the OnePlus 13 is around $899.99 for the (12GB + 256GB) configuration.
5: Vivo iQOO 13 Series
The iQOO 13 will launch in China. The iQOO 12 was a fantastic value-for-money proposition, and the iQOO 13 is set to feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 with a 6.78″ 2K LTPO 144Hz display. It will have a 6000mAh battery and support 120W charging.
